Depending on the piano and your concern, an assessment may look at tuning stability, strings, the keys and playing mechanism, pedals, cabinet condition or room placement. Not every assessment covers every area.
For an initial online assessment, send clear photos of the piano and affected area, a video showing the issue where possible, and a brief description separately through Messenger. This helps us understand the concern and prepare an initial quotation. Online assessment is preliminary; closer or in-person inspection may reveal other issues and change the quotation. Confirm any applicable online-assessment fee before proceeding.
